Planned hours are the estimates of open tasks assigned to each person, placed in the week the task is due, plus their allocations. Capacity leaves out holidays and approved time off. Logged hours show for your own row; Time and Resources admins see everyone’s.

Book a person on a project for a number of hours a week between two dates. Planned hours leave out holidays; Logged is the time they recorded on that project in those dates.

People you plan work for. They do not need a login; link one so their tasks show in their My tasks.
