When one system holds your agreements, it has to earn that. Here is what we do today.

Where your data lives: We ask our host to place your data in eastern North America. This is a placement request, not a residency guarantee.
Private file storage: Receipts and signed documents live in private storage with no public address. Customers see a document only through the private link you send them.
Access per app: For each person and each app: no access or user, and admin on most apps. Salespeople can see only their own opportunities.
Support only with consent: Our team can look inside your company only when an owner or admin grants it, for 1 to 72 hours. Support actions are logged.
Exports for owners and admins: Downloading lists is limited to owners and admins, unless an owner or admin grants it to a named person.
A security review on every release: Every change gets an independent security review before release.
Proof anyone can check: Every signed document carries a certificate and a code. Anyone can check it on the public Verify page, with no account.
