This policy explains who owns what in Senots and one2sign (the "Services"), provided by DDR Solutions Inc. ("DDR"), and how to tell us about content in the Services that you believe infringes your copyright or trademark. It forms part of the Terms of Service (the "Terms"). Capitalized terms have the meanings given in the Terms.

2. Your content
Customers own the content they put into the Services (Terms, Section 7). DDR does not review content before it is stored or sent. Customers are responsible for having the rights to the Documents and other content they upload and send.
3. Reporting copyright infringement
DDR respects the rights of copyright owners. How we handle a notice depends on the law that applies. You can send a notice under either procedure below, and we will handle it under each law that applies.
Send all notices to hello@one2sign.com with the subject line "Copyright notice", or by mail to DDR Solutions Inc., Attention: Copyright Agent, 120 Adelaide St W, Suite 2500, Toronto, Ontario M5H 3V1, Canada.
3.1 Canada: notice and notice
Canada's Copyright Act (sections 41.25 to 41.27) sets up a "notice and notice" regime. If you are a copyright owner, you may send us a notice of claimed infringement. To be valid, it must be in writing and state:
- your name and address (and those of your authorized agent, if any);
- the work or other subject matter to which the claimed infringement relates;
- your interest or right in the copyright;
- the location data for the electronic location to which the claimed infringement relates (for example the link or Verification Code);
- the infringement that is claimed;
- the date and time of the commission of the claimed infringement; and
- any other information required by regulation.
A notice must not include an offer to settle, a demand for payment or personal information, or a link to such an offer or demand.
When we receive a valid notice about content stored in the Services, we will, as the law requires, forward it electronically to the Customer whose Account holds the content, and tell you that we did (or why we could not). Forwarding a notice does not mean that we agree with it. Under Canadian law, we do not remove content because of a notice alone. We may remove or disable content if a court orders it, or if the content breaches our Acceptable Use Policy.
3.2 United States: Digital Millennium Copyright Act
If you believe content stored in the Services infringes your copyright under US law, send our designated agent a notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), including:
- your physical or electronic signature (or that of the person authorized to act for the copyright owner);
- identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed (or a representative list, if there are several);
- identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough information for us to locate it (for example the link or Verification Code);
- your name, address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
- a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Designated agent: Copyright Agent, DDR Solutions Inc., 120 Adelaide St W, Suite 2500, Toronto, Ontario M5H 3V1, Canada; email hello@one2sign.com. This agent is registered in the US Copyright Office's DMCA Designated Agent Directory.
When we receive a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the material, notify the Customer, and give it a copy of the notice.
Counter-notice. If your material was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the designated agent that includes:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal;
- a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification; and
- your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the US federal district court for your address (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which DDR may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or their agent.
We will send the counter-notice to the person who sent the original notice. If they do not tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action, we will restore the material within 10 to 14 business days after receiving the counter-notice.
Misrepresentations. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
3.3 Mexico
Notices about content made available in Mexico may be sent to the same address and will be handled under the notice and counter-notice procedure of the Ley Federal del Derecho de Autor.
3.4 Repeat infringers
DDR will, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or terminate the Accounts of Customers or Authorized Users who are repeat infringers.
4. Trademark and other complaints
If you believe content in the Services misuses your trademark, impersonates your organization, or infringes another right, write to hello@one2sign.com with the subject line "IP complaint". Include your contact details, the right concerned, the content (link or Verification Code) and why you believe it infringes. Impersonation and fraud are also breaches of our Acceptable Use Policy, and you can report them under its Section 7.
5. Signed Documents and Recipients
If you received a Document through one2sign and have a concern about its content, contact its sender first. DDR is not a party to Documents.
6. Changes
